Treaty House

The Treaty House is an old sawmill which has been renovated into a charming cottage. The building sits on the historic Ten ‘O Clock Treaty line, right next to the limestone sundial monument on Story’s village green. The Treaty House is one of our larger cottages, with a vaulted ceiling, full bath with jet tub, queen-sized bed, and heated ceramic tile. There is also a private deck behind a privacy fence, containing an insulated five-person hot tub (fabulous for winter bathing) and a hammock under an arbor (great for summer napping). The path to the Treaty House leads over a covered bridge. This is is our most popular accommodation for newlyweds.

Addenda:
The price above is exclusive of taxes and based upon double occupancy. There is a charge of $15.00 for each additional person, not to exceed the maximum occupancy of the room, as noted. Children ten and under who do not need bedding are free.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m., and check-out by 11:00 a.m., unless you make other arrangements with us.

We do not permit pets in the Treaty House.

If you intend to enjoy breakfast with us, you may purchase a “Bed & Breakfast Package” at $7.50/person, which will enable you to order any food and beverage from the regular breakfast menu (except for alcoholic beverages). You may order the “Bed & Breakfast Package” by calling (800) 881-1183, or requesting it at the time you check in.
