Accomodations
The Story Inn currently offers thirteen tastefully decorated rooms or cottages. Each room has a unique history with unique amenities, so we gave them names rather than numbers. All rooms are non-smoking, and have a full private bathroom and air conditioning. To preserve the unique quality of this historic setting, none of our rooms have televisions, telephones, clocks or radios.

The Old Mill Loft
The loft of this 19th century grain mill is now a spacious cottage with a king-sized bed, sitting area, and a 250 gallon horse trough which serves as a bath tub. Guests walk past prohibition-era equipment that once served local moonshiners, and then upstairs into an open greenhouse, all paneled with native timber. Truly a unique experience.
